In the morning, depart from Delhi and drive to Mathura, the sacred birthplace of Lord Krishna. Upon arrival, begin your sightseeing with visits to the most important religious sites of the city. Explore Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, Dwarkadhish Temple, Vishram Ghat, and other popular temples and ghats depending on available time. After breakfast, proceed to Bharatpur and visit the famous Keoladeo National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the finest bird sanctuaries in India. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and, if desired, a rickshaw ride through the park to observe migratory and resident birds. Later, drive to Agra. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. After breakfast, continue with a visit to Agra Fort, one of the grandest Mughal forts in India. If time permits, you may also visit Itimad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb, popularly known as the Baby Taj.
